Where we ship

We ship across India. At checkout, enter your pincode — if it's serviceable, you'll see the rate and the estimated delivery window before you pay.

How long it takes

• Maharashtra: typically 3–4 working days from dispatch.
• Rest of India: typically 5–7 working days from dispatch.

Dispatch usually happens within 1–2 working days of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, we phone-confirm with you before packing — so the dispatch clock starts after the call.

What it costs

• Maharashtra: ₹60 flat. Free above ₹2,000.
• Rest of India: ₹120 flat. Free above ₹5,000.

Exact charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for orders up to ₹5,000. We'll call you to confirm the order before we pack — this is partly a courtesy, partly to keep the courier partner happy. If we don't reach you in 24 hours, we'll send a WhatsApp message; if there's no reply within 48 hours we cancel the order with no charge.

Tracking your order

Once we hand over to the courier, your order page (/account/orders) will show a tracking link. You also get an email and an SMS with the same link.

If something goes wrong

Couriers occasionally lose, delay, or damage packages. If your order hasn't arrived by the expected window, message us on WhatsApp — we chase the courier on your behalf and reship if needed at no extra cost. For damaged packages, please send a photo of the parcel as it arrived; we usually replace within a week.

International orders

We don't ship internationally yet. If you're abroad and want a specific piece, message us on WhatsApp — we sometimes arrange via friends or family travelling to India.
