Who we are

Sheetal Art Jewellery is a sole-proprietorship business owned by Sheetal Chincholkar, based at the address on our visit page. All references to "we", "us", and "our" on this site mean the business.

Using the website

  • You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with it.
  • You agree not to copy product photos or descriptions for commercial use without permission.
  • If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping access to your phone number safe — that's how we verify it's you.

Buying from us

  • Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
  • Every piece is handcrafted, so small natural variations between the photo and the piece you receive are expected and not a defect.
  • An order is confirmed once payment is received (Razorpay) or once we've phone-confirmed (Cash on Delivery).
  • We may cancel an order if a piece becomes unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. You'll receive a full refund if so.

Custom orders

Custom pieces are made to your specifications. We confirm colours, materials, and price by WhatsApp before starting work. Once started, custom orders are not refundable — we'll always send photos before dispatch so you can ask for changes earlier.

Liability

We make every effort to describe and photograph our pieces accurately, but we don't guarantee that the website will be available without interruption or that every detail is error-free. Our maximum liability for any single order is the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Solapur, Maharashtra.
